Care Expert – Member Support

About the role

As a Care Expert at Alan, you will be the first point of contact for members seeking health‑related assistance. You will guide them through insurance, prevention and care questions, turning requests into smooth, pleasant experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to member inquiries via chat, email or phone, providing accurate information about coverage, preventive programs and care pathways.
• Identify member needs and propose appropriate solutions, escalating complex cases to specialised teams when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data quality and compliance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes by sharing feedback and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in French and English, with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Interest in health insurance, preventive care and digital health services.
