Buyer – Cabin Aftermarket Procurement

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Buyer for Cabin Aftermarket to join its Procurement Cabin department in Toulouse. You will be part of an international team supporting Airbus Customer Services and aftermarket activities, managing cabin product procurement and supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all cabin aftermarket procurement activities.
• Represent the Procurement Cabin team in cross‑functional groups and influence commercial strategies.
• Lead tenders, negotiations and contract management for cabin aftermarket products.
• Ensure supplier offers for retrofit campaigns meet contractual and business requirements.
• Identify, manage and mitigate risks while promoting operational excellence and innovation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, sourcing or a commercial environment.
• Degree in Engineering or Business Administration with a technical focus on cabin systems.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to work in a multicultural setting.
• Fluent English for negotiations.
