Business Operational Support Design Engineer – Airframe M&T

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an experienced Business Operational Support (BOS) Design Engineer to join the Aircraft Digital Airframe team in Toulouse. You will work within the Airframe Deployment and BOS team, focusing on delivering and standardising operational support, release management and compliance with methods and tools for a safe, innovative and sustainable digital aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Provide reactive and proactive BOS design support to ensure on‑time, cost‑effective and quality deliveries.
• Resolve incidents and respond to design‑related queries from internal and extended‑enterprise stakeholders.
• Manage the continuous improvement plan for BOS design processes.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving activities with relevant parties.
• Deliver coaching, training sessions and maintain knowledge‑base documentation.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (aerospace or related field).
• Proven experience in design support and business operational support within an aerospace environment.
• Familiarity with Airbus design processes and extended‑enterprise collaboration.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate complex technical information.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
