About the role
We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Business Ethics department in Paris for a six‑month period from July to December 2027. The internship will focus on compliance matters, including anti‑corruption, human rights, and international sanctions.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare strategic notes and advise clients on anti‑corruption and human‑rights issues.
- Assist in the implementation of compliance programmes such as Sapin II and duty of vigilance.
- Support internal investigations and audits, and liaise with authorities (e.g., AFA, HATVP).
- Conduct research on international sanctions and help draft client guidance.
Required profile
- Law student (Master 2) or equivalent, preferably with prior exposure to compliance or business ethics.
- Strong legal knowledge, possibly complemented by a dual qualification (business school, IEP, or Anglo‑Saxon university).
- Fluent English is mandatory.
