Business Development Manager – Bordeaux

About the role

Fresha, the AI‑powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness and self‑care industry, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new partner acquisition in Bordeaux. Reporting to the General Manager of Europe, you will work autonomously in a fast‑moving environment, focusing on building relationships with salons, spas, fitness studios and related businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify and outreach to key decision‑makers via phone, email and social channels.
• Conduct product demos and present Fresha’s solutions to prospective partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Perform cost‑benefit and needs analyses to align Fresha’s offering with partner objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Provide market trend feedback and document all interactions in the CRM.
• Handle 100% of qualified inbound leads promptly.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, preferably in SaaS or tech‑enabled services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to analyse partner needs and propose tailored solutions.
