Business Developer - Spanish Market

About the role

The company is a high‑growth RetailTech scale‑up that solves e‑commerce stockouts through real‑time inventory sharing. They are looking for a Business Developer focused on the Spanish market to own the full sales cycle and build a dual‑sided network of retailers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect top Spanish retailers and marketplaces across sectors such as fashion, electronics and pharma.
• Manage the entire sales process from outbound outreach, discovery calls and product demos to closing strategic deals.
• Maintain a high‑performing pipeline with a hunter mindset.
• Educate C‑level decision makers on the technical solution, including APIs and complex data flows.
• Work closely with Partner Success and Operations to refine the go‑to‑market strategy.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Native or bilingual Spanish and fluent English.
• 2‑4 years of B2B sales experience in tech, SaaS or marketplace environments.
• Proven record of intensive prospecting and handling complex sales cycles.
• Direct experience with the Spanish market or in an international startup.
