Banking Consultant – Transformation Projects

About the role

Magellan is seeking a Banking Consultant to support major banking clients in their transformation journeys. The consultant will combine sector expertise with a proactive mindset to help design and implement projects across retail banking, process optimisation, payment systems, compliance and data management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to transformation projects for leading banks.
• Conduct consulting assignments and transformation studies.
• Develop and enhance Magellan’s banking service offerings.
• Draft commercial proposals and support business development activities.
• Participate in internal initiatives such as recruitment, training and knowledge sharing.

• Proven experience as a consultant in the banking sector.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
