Associate – International Arbitration & Litigation

About the role

Laborde Law, a specialist international arbitration practice, is seeking a French‑qualified associate to support arbitration‑related litigation before French courts. The role offers direct collaboration with senior team leaders on high‑value, cross‑border disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle enforcement and recognition proceedings in French courts.
• Manage annulment proceedings before the Paris courts.
• Assist with arbitration‑related interim measures and jurisdictional issues.
• Coordinate with foreign counsel and international legal teams.
• Conduct research and draft documents on French procedural and arbitration law.
• Potentially support broader international arbitration matters depending on experience.

Required profile

• Admitted to the Paris Bar with a strong academic background.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in arbitration‑related litigation.
• Fluent written and oral French and English.
• Intellectually curious, rigorous, and able to work under pressure.
• Comfortable operating in multilingual, cross‑border environments.
