Analytics and pricing expert - Insurance

About the role

Alan is looking for an Analytics and Pricing Expert to join its Insurance team. The role will support large corporate and public‑sector clients by designing competitive insurance offers, pricing them accurately and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to price and develop proposals for large corporate and public‑institution clients.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor in client meetings, delivering data‑driven insights.
• Design insurance products that meet member needs while complying with regulations.
• Support account managers in nurturing and renewing strategic client relationships.
• Develop scalable tools, frameworks and knowledge resources to empower the sales organization.

Required profile

• Ability to synthesize technical, data, legal and business considerations in health and income‑protection insurance.
• Analytical, structured, fact‑based decision‑making style.
• 2 + years experience in health or “prévoyance” insurance is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Experience with insurance pricing models and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication skills for client advisory.
