Aircraft Control MBSE/RBE Business Owner (m/f)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an Aircraft Control MBSE/RBE Business Owner to join its Aircraft Control Digital solution team in Toulouse, France. You will work on digital solutions for aircraft control designers, focusing on Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Rule‑Based Engineering (RBE) processes that ensure on‑time, high‑quality aircraft deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and prioritize stakeholder requirements, acting as the primary liaison for the system engineering team.
• Standardise Aircraft Control methods around MBSE/RBE standards (DO331) and align tools with Airbus data standards.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to define the roadmap, monitor success metrics, and deliver business value.
• Lead migration and training initiatives to maximise tool adoption across the organisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in system engineering.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into business‑value language.
• Deep knowledge of MBSE/RBE, DESO 0201, and classical V&V processes (DETA) for safety‑critical developments.
• Familiarity with DO 331 (Model‑Based Development and Verification Supplement to DO‑178C).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
