AI Operations Assistant

About the role

Pixel Systems is looking for an AI Operations Assistant to support a large‑scale project for a major French multinational. This fully remote position focuses on the day‑to‑day management of AI‑driven workflows, ensuring data moves smoothly between systems and that AI outputs stay aligned with business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Transfer and synchronize data between databases and AI interfaces.
• Monitor logs and verify the accuracy of AI‑generated responses.
• Identify and flag inconsistencies in data sets provided to the partner.
• Test and validate data migrations or interface changes.
• Document operational status and provide written updates to senior team members.

Required profile

• Highly organized and comfortable with repetitive operational tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean documentation.
• Willingness to ask questions and seek clarification when needed.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills
