AI-driven migration of C++ test tool to Python (F/H)

About the role

The NFC Software team in Caen is looking for a final‑year engineering intern to apply artificial intelligence for migrating an embedded software test tool from C++ to Python. You will work on a high‑impact project that supports NFC components used worldwide in mobile phones and connected devices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct an in‑depth analysis of the existing C++ implementation, requirements, and propose technical solutions.
• Leverage AI techniques to automatically translate the test tool code from C++ to Python.
• Develop automated verification methods to ensure functional equivalence between the original and migrated implementations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or final year of an engineering school (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Embedded Systems or Industrial Computing.
• Strong passion for software development and quick learning ability for new technical topics.
• Good command of English and ability to work in an international environment.
