About the role
Google France is seeking a bilingual Administrative Business Partner to support the Vice‑President Country Manager and the broader leadership team. The role combines high‑level executive assistance with project coordination, ensuring smooth daily operations and strategic execution of team initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for the Country Manager and senior leaders.
- Act as a trusted proxy in meetings, make decisions on behalf of the manager when required, and attend key sessions.
- Coordinate site‑wide social events, community engagements, and off‑site activities, handling budgeting and logistics from planning to execution.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve operational efficiency and develop new site‑level processes.
- Provide leadership support for site initiatives, including event planning and resource coordination.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a high‑tech or international environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English and French.
- Preferred 6 years of experience supporting executive‑level management and managing small‑scale projects or events.
Required skills
- Proficiency with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting tools.
