About the role

Join an establishment of the ELSAN group, a leader in private hospitalisation in France. As an Assistant Operating Block Manager you will reinforce the organisation and support daily operations of the surgical suite in Draguignan.

Key responsibilities

Assist the Head of the Operating Block in coordinating day‑to‑day activities.
Facilitate communication between surgical teams, anaesthesia staff and support services.
Help ensure that operational standards and safety procedures are consistently applied.

Required profile

Recognised for strong operational expertise in a healthcare setting.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams and manage workflow.
Willingness to work on‑site in a hospital environment.
