Account Manager – SMB – French Market

About the role

Agicap is looking for an Account Manager to own a portfolio of SMB customers in the French market. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers get the most out of the Treasury Management platform while driving growth and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Support the customer lifecycle after onboarding by organizing regular Business Reviews.
• Co‑create 6‑12 month plans with clients and coordinate action plans with internal teams (Customer Success, implementation, etc.).
• Identify and qualify upsell opportunities and hand them over to Expansion Managers.
• Manage renewal processes, handle churn requests and ensure smooth handovers to other teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, report on performance and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a top business school.
• Strong customer relationship and sales abilities.
• Bilingual French (C2 level) and English.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented and comfortable with frequent phone contact.

Required skills

• CRM (experience with any CRM system).
