Account Manager – France

About the role

The Account Manager will act as the primary sales representative for our French market, driving growth for both new and existing product lines. You will work closely with retail partners and internal teams to develop and execute strategies that increase sales, profitability, and market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement long‑term growth strategies, including product mix, pricing, promotions, and consumer insights.
• Own P&L for assigned accounts and manage supply‑chain initiatives to expand assortment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and cross‑functional retailer teams.
• Lead internal account support teams to identify opportunities and execute growth plans.
• Achieve sales targets, strategic volume, and promotional planning while adhering to budgets.
• Monitor and analyse sales forecasts, profitability, rate of sale, and promotional performance.
• Serve as the primary liaison with product development, marketing, manufacturing, logistics, and legal departments.
• Collaborate with retail partners on in‑store and online sales levers, including content, SEO, and joint business planning.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and technology developments to guide account decisions.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of professional sales experience in consumer products or a related industry.
• Creative, highly motivated self‑starter with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work effectively in a team.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication skills.
• Strong background in sales administration and support.
