Account Executive France - Waste (€80k-€100k OTE, 55%/45% split, uncapped bonus)

About the role
Vizzia is looking for a results‑driven Account Executive to own the French waste‑management market. You will be responsible for building a pipeline, closing strategic SaaS contracts with local authorities, and contributing to the company’s ambitious ARR targets.
Key responsibilities
- Generate 5‑10 qualified meetings per week through a mix of BDR leads and independent prospecting.
- Map and prioritize accounts, targeting mayors and other key decision‑makers.
- Lead full sales cycles (4‑6 months), from discovery to proposal and contract signing.
- Achieve €350K ARR in the first 12 months and €700K ARR in the second year.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM, ensuring a clear pipeline at all times.
- Adapt to public‑sector timelines while keeping momentum and driving referrals.
Required profile
- Proven track record in complex SaaS sales with multi‑stakeholder, 4‑6 month cycles.
- Commercially assertive and able to structure next steps in every meeting.
- Highly autonomous, organized and capable of managing a pipeline without relying solely on BDR leads.
- Coachability, performance‑driven mindset and willingness to exceed ambitious targets.
- Valid French driving licence (Permis B).
- Full professional proficiency in French and English.
