Accommodation Manager

About the role

A Paris hotel, owned and operated by an independent franchisee (Parallel Hospitality), is looking for an organised, proactive and service-oriented Accommodation Manager to oversee accommodation operations and support the teams on a daily basis. The franchisee is a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, support and motivate the front office and housekeeping teams
• Oversee day-to-day accommodation activities and coordinate between departments
• Ensure a high standard of service, respond to guest requests and handle complaints professionally
• Monitor room cleanliness and the quality of public areas in line with hotel standards
• Monitor arrivals, departures and room availability, anticipating potential overbooking
• Contribute to performance tracking and cost optimisation
• Coordinate reception, housekeeping, maintenance and other departments

Required profile

• Previous successful experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Strong organisational and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and handle unexpected situations
• Proactive, reliable and hands-on approach
• Good command of English (mandatory)
