System Administrator & Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

Arago is looking for a System Administrator and Infrastructure Engineer to become the backbone of its technical environment. You will ensure day‑to‑day IT excellence while driving high‑impact infrastructure projects that support the company’s AI and hardware initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor the Beta Cloud Service, enabling partner access to prototype technology.
• Source, install, and configure new hardware including storage, high‑performance compute, and networking gear.
• Design and operate monitoring solutions to achieve 99.9% uptime for internal servers and services.
• Lead tooling projects that boost engineering productivity across the organization.
• Manage end‑to‑end IT onboarding, provisioning macOS, Windows, and Linux workstations and automating account creation.
• Provide high‑touch helpdesk support for the Arcueil office and remote team members during core hours.
• Serve as primary technical contact for external vendors such as ISPs, software tooling providers, and specialized license suppliers.
• Oversee hardware and software inventory to stay ahead of scaling needs.

Required profile

• Proficient English communication; French is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on reliability and scalability.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, product, and vendor teams.
