Software Engineer

About the role

Bitstack is building a crypto‑native bank for over 300 K users. As a Software Engineer you will join a small, high‑ownership squad that ships code daily, shaping both the product and the engineering culture.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering teammates in a multidisciplinary squad.
• Scope, design, implement and maintain end‑to‑end features in production.
• Deliver high‑quality, scalable and reliable code on a cloud‑native stack.
• Drive new initiatives and challenge existing approaches.
• Work in a highly regulated, security‑focused environment and contribute to the broader Bitcoin ecosystem.
• Improve internal tooling, infrastructure and platform components.
• Participate in open‑source communities and share knowledge.

Required profile

• 2 + years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven ability to deliver production systems from concept to launch.
• Strong backend fundamentals (APIs, databases, reliability).
• Product‑oriented mindset with a focus on user impact.
• Analytical problem‑solving skills and attention to security.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
