Social Media Manager – Global Brands

About the role

Join a leading global player in mountain sports as the Social Media Manager responsible for the digital presence of multiple iconic brands, including Rossignol, Dynastar, Lange and Look. You will shape and execute the social media strategy across international markets, working closely with marketing, sports, and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the social media strategy for all group brands.
• Plan editorial calendars and coordinate posting across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms.
• Execute social media campaigns using Agorapulse and manage paid Social Ads through Facebook Business Manager.
• Monitor, analyse and report on quantitative and qualitative KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Sports Marketing team to create and brief content, produce live event coverage, and develop brand guidelines.
• Lead influencer marketing initiatives, from sourcing to performance tracking.
• Conduct competitor and trend benchmarking to keep the brands ahead of market shifts.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of the ski, mountain and outdoor sports ecosystem.
• Experience managing a team and coordinating cross‑functional projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both French and English.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging concepts and content.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Formal qualification in Digital Marketing.
