Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own and grow the global digital presence of a fast‑moving, mission‑driven tech product. The role is fully remote and offers significant autonomy to shape growth strategy for a highly engaged, technically skilled community.

Key responsibilities

• Own performance of all digital channels—including website, SEO, email, paid media, and social platforms—with clear growth and conversion targets.
• Design, launch, and analyze end‑to‑end campaigns aligned with product launches and business priorities.
• Develop and execute SEO and content strategies to boost organic visibility and reduce reliance on paid acquisition.
• Manage lifecycle email programs (onboarding, product updates, retention, re‑engagement) and optimize key engagement metrics.
• Oversee paid media budgeting, allocation, and continuous optimization to maximize ROI.
• Monitor, report, and translate digital performance data into actionable insights.
• Engage with online communities (forums, Reddit, YouTube, open‑source spaces) and experiment with new growth channels such as referrals, affiliates, and influencer partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience managing SEO, paid media, email, and content channels with direct ownership of results.
• Strong analytical ability to build dashboards, interpret funnel metrics, and derive insights independently.
• Excellent copywriting for technical or highly informed audiences.
• High autonomy, initiative, and ability to prioritize without close supervision.
