Senior Sales Partner – Advertising (France)

About the role

Netflix is expanding its ad‑supported offering and is looking for a Senior Sales Partner to shape and execute the advertising sales strategy in France. You will work closely with agency partners, advertisers and internal teams to drive revenue growth and deliver premium brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the France advertising sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major agency holding groups and their subsidiaries.
• Engage C‑level and senior media decision‑makers (CMO, CDO, Media Directors) to secure ad partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Account Management, Measurement, Ad Product, Marketing, Brand Partnerships) to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Leverage Netflix’s audience insights and premium content to create compelling advertising solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify innovative opportunities.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and French.
• 10+ years of experience in advertising, media sales or a closely related field.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem and agency landscape in France.
