Senior Retail Operations Manager – Retail Excellence

About the role

The Senior Retail Operations Manager will lead Dior Couture’s Retail Excellence agenda, designing and delivering cross‑functional programs that boost store execution, compliance and efficiency. This role ensures end‑to‑end delivery of initiatives, from problem definition through deployment and sustained adoption, while enhancing both client and team experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Structure, plan and deliver international Retail Operations initiatives with clear governance, milestones, risks and KPIs.
• Act as the interface between HQ and regional teams, aligning stakeholders across Supply, Finance, Internal Control/Audit, IT/Digital, Clienteling, Dior Academy, Visual Merchandising and Retail.
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of global operational guidelines, frameworks and scalable best practices.
• Support the creation and evolution of operational tools that improve traceability, compliance and efficiency in stores.
• Build deployment plans (pilot/roll‑out), training and communication materials; monitor adoption and benefits over time.
• Provide clear syntheses, performance indicators and progress updates for senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in Retail Operations, Retail Excellence, Store Operations or consulting.
