SAP S/4HANA Consultant – Lead Consultant (Paris)

About the role

Infosys is looking for a senior SAP S/4HANA Consultant to join its Paris SAP practice. In this lead role you will own solution architecture, drive client engagements and ensure delivery excellence across complex transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP solutions across multiple end‑to‑end implementations and transformation programmes.
• Drive client engagements from Phase 0 through execution, covering Greenfield, Brownfield and Hybrid S/4HANA projects.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define road‑maps, assess readiness and build transformation strategies.
• Utilise the SAP toolchain for implementation, administration and optimisation.
• Prepare solution proposals, effort estimations and contribute to RFP responses.
• Mentor and manage project teams, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to timelines.
• Represent Infosys in client meetings with professional communication.
• Stay current with SAP innovations and share knowledge internally.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Principal/Lead SAP consultant with deep SAP expertise.
• Minimum of four full‑lifecycle SAP project implementations.
• Experience leading teams on SAP projects and exposure to at least two S/4HANA deployment types (Greenfield, Brownfield, Hybrid).
• Background in transformation preparation or Phase 0 activities.
• Strong leadership and client‑facing skills.

Required skills

• Deep functional knowledge in SAP Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics or Sales.
• Technical expertise in ABAP, Integration, Security, Basis.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA, EWM, TM, Business AI, LeanIX, Signavio, Cloud ALM.
• Proficiency in using and administering the SAP toolchain.
