Senior Project Manager – Testing & Quality Engineering (Marseille)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead testing and quality‑engineering initiatives for multiple client programs in Marseille. You will shape testing strategies, drive automation and AI‑enabled solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute testing strategies across functional, automation, performance and AI‑driven testing portfolios.
• Manage client relationships, set stakeholder expectations and communicate with executive leadership.
• Lead quality‑engineering transformation through automation, AI and innovative testing approaches.
• Identify new business opportunities, support solutioning and consulting activities.
• Influence cross‑functional teams and senior leaders without direct authority.
• Navigate ambiguity and complex challenges to deliver effective solutions.
• Mentor, coach and develop high‑performing testing teams.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering.
• Proven track record in portfolio management and large‑scale delivery leadership.
• Strong client‑facing experience with excellent stakeholder, communication and negotiation skills.
• Executive presence and a consulting mindset.
• Experience managing global, distributed teams.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
