Sales Operations Senior Analyst / Specialist

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Sales Operations Senior Analyst / Specialist to provide end‑to‑end sales process support for client teams, leadership, and internal operations groups. The role will help practitioners navigate internal sales workflows, drive sales excellence initiatives, and ensure accurate pipeline and reporting data.

Key responsibilities

• Support opportunity pipeline management and coordinate new‑business meetings.
• Produce sales performance reports and analyses for senior leadership.
• Maintain and troubleshoot internal sales tools and processes, including the Manage mySales application.
• Supervise an Analyst where applicable and act as a liaison with senior leadership.
• Apply and enforce sales/Opportunity Management policies and complex approval processes.

Required profile

• Advanced bilingual oral and written communication skills in English.
• Strong facilitation, team‑building, and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and data‑management capabilities.
• Undergraduate degree completed or in progress.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with the Manage mySales application (preferred).
• Basic understanding of finance concepts for a services company.
