Business Strategy Consultant/Manager

About the role

Accenture is seeking an experienced Business Strategy Consultant/Manager to join its Strategy & Consulting team. You will partner with C‑suite leaders of leading organisations to shape growth, digital transformation and new‑business initiatives across a range of consumer‑facing industries.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with senior executives to address priority challenges such as customer experience, growth strategy, digital transformation, innovation and new‑venture development.
• Lead project delivery, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget and meet client expectations.
• Provide intellectual leadership to multidisciplinary teams, fostering creative problem‑solving and high performance.
• Mentor team members through formal and informal feedback, supporting their professional development.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as a primary point of contact throughout engagements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in customer and growth strategy, with a track record of leading consulting projects.
• Deep knowledge of retail, consumer goods, travel, hospitality or related consumer‑facing sectors.
• Strong expertise in corporate strategy, topline growth, business‑model innovation and digital customer‑experience strategy.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative problem‑solving abilities.
