About the role
The position involves leading a small team of Level‑1 support technicians (4‑5 members) to ensure high‑quality service for end‑users. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day coordination of the team and for maintaining operational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise a team of N1 support technicians.
- Monitor and guarantee timely resolution of incidents reported by users.
- Ensure service quality and adherence to internal processes.
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members to improve performance.
- Report on team metrics and suggest improvements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing or supervising a technical support team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize incidents.
