About the role
As a Proximity Store Manager, you will be responsible for running a local retail outlet, ensuring smooth daily operations, serving customers, and making timely decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of store performance, from floor activities to financial results.
- Lead and support the store team, fostering a customer‑focused environment.
- Monitor sales, inventory and KPIs, adjusting priorities on a daily basis.
- Ensure high standards of service and product presentation.
- Make quick operational decisions to address customer needs and store challenges.
Required profile
- Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Customer‑service orientation and commercial mindset.
