About the role

As a Proximity Store Manager, you will be responsible for running a local retail outlet, ensuring smooth daily operations, serving customers, and making timely decisions.

Key responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of store performance, from floor activities to financial results.
Lead and support the store team, fostering a customer‑focused environment.
Monitor sales, inventory and KPIs, adjusting priorities on a daily basis.
Ensure high standards of service and product presentation.
Make quick operational decisions to address customer needs and store challenges.

Required profile

Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
Customer‑service orientation and commercial mindset.
