Regulatory Counsel

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Legal Counsel to join its growing Legal team in France. You will work remotely while supporting the development of new financial products and ensuring compliance with French regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise the business on compliance and legal issues related to structuring new and existing financial products.
• Draft customer‑facing legal documents for these products.
• Help shape and expand product features while managing regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications.
• Organise local corporate structure and governance.
• Draft and negotiate contractual documentation with external vendors and suppliers.
• Lead on significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times.

Required profile

• 4+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in a legal role.
• Strong academic and professional credentials.
• Experience advising on financial regulations in France.
• Sound judgement, composure under pressure, and a collaborative mindset.
• Confidence making decisions amid ambiguity or incomplete information.
• Fluency in English.
