Regional Sales Manager – France, Benelux & Africa

About the role

An international manufacturer of electronic components and connectivity solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across France, Benelux and Africa. The role is home‑office based in Germany, the Netherlands or France and involves extensive field work to build and maintain customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across multiple product lines within the assigned region.
• Manage key accounts and strengthen relationships with distribution partners.
• Identify and develop new sales channels and market opportunities.
• Visit customers to negotiate contracts, promote solutions and deliver product presentations.
• Provide training and product presentations to distributors.
• Collaborate with product management and customer service teams.
• Supply forecasts and contribute to the S&OP process.
• Achieve or exceed annual sales targets while managing budgets effectively.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical sales, territory sales or key account management.
• Background in industrial electronics, connectivity solutions, power products or related sectors.
• Strong strategic selling and customer engagement abilities.
• Ability to manage a large, diverse territory and travel extensively.
• Excellent presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a field‑based role.
