Project Data Analyst (Entry / Junior Level)

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Project Data Analyst to support project teams by turning raw data into actionable insights. You will help improve project performance through accurate reporting, visualisation, and data‑driven recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organise project‑related data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations that track progress, resource utilisation and key performance indicators.
• Monitor project metrics, identify trends, assess risks and suggest process‑improvement opportunities.
• Assist with data validation, forecasting, performance tracking and regular reporting to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to support planning, execution and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Good organisational and time‑management capabilities to handle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of project performance measurement, business reporting and forecasting is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets).
• Experience using reporting tools and data analysis methodologies.
• Familiarity with data‑visualisation platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of database concepts and ability to work with relational data.
• Basic statistical techniques for analysis and forecasting.
