Project & Business Developer – Supercharging Network (France)

About the role

Join Tesla’s Supercharging team in France to lead the expansion of the world’s largest fast‑charging network. You will identify, negotiate, and secure prime locations for new Superchargers, ensuring a seamless experience for Tesla owners on the road.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire high‑potential Supercharging sites by engaging with property owners and presenting Tesla’s value proposition.
• Conduct preliminary feasibility assessments, including zoning, planning status, and power availability.
• Review lease agreements, lead negotiations, and finalize contracts to secure suitable locations.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the French Supercharging network.
• Coordinate handover of approved sites to the construction team and support the project through commissioning.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and industry news relevant to electric‑vehicle charging.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of commercial or business‑development experience in real estate, charging infrastructure, or renewable energy.
• Strong understanding of the full development cycle, including permitting, contractor selection, and construction implementation.
• Entrepreneurial, data‑driven mindset with the ability to spot and act on opportunities.
• Excellent project‑management skills, capable of handling multiple deals simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and French, with a valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel 3‑4 days per week.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience using CRM software for pipeline management.
