Product Manager - Security

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager – Security to lead the development and delivery of security‑focused products for an AI‑driven cloud infrastructure platform. The role bridges security, compliance, product strategy and customer communication, turning security into a competitive advantage in a fast‑growing international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap, vision and lifecycle of security‑focused products and services, aligning with customer needs and business priorities.
• Manage product ideation, backlog prioritisation, integrate customer feedback and launch new features.
• Lead customer‑facing communications on security updates, compliance changes and incident response in collaboration with internal teams.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, emerging standards and opportunities.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, engineering and security teams to support certifications such as ISO 27001, SOC 2 and GDPR.
• Track certification progress, coordinate audit preparation and communicate milestones to leadership and customers.
• Partner with product and technical teams to ensure consistent security messaging across the product ecosystem.
• Support customers and partners by addressing security‑related inquiries and promoting adoption of security capabilities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Program Management with a strong focus on security initiatives.
• Good understanding of security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001 and GDPR.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer‑friendly communication.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, tracking performance metrics and making data‑driven decisions.
• Solid project management experience.
