People Program Manager

About the role

Vizzia is scaling its operations across 250+ local authorities and needs a People Programs function to harmonise performance, manager enablement and job architecture. Reporting to the VP of People, you will design, launch and continuously improve strategic people programs that support the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end Performance Management program, refine it after the first release and run full cycles.
• Design and roll out a People centre of excellence for managers, covering feedback, performance conversations, hiring decisions and team rituals.
• Build Vizzia’s first job architecture and levelling framework and keep it up‑to‑date as the organisation expands.
• Partner with BizOps to automate People processes using the HRIS, defining operating models and ownership.
• Co‑create programs with the executive team, leaders and managers, bringing data‑driven insights and external best practices.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience working on people‑related topics, preferably in an HR consulting environment.
• Proven ability to design and implement HR programs in fast‑growing tech companies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a data‑oriented decision‑making approach.

Required skills

• HRIS platforms (experience with automation and integration).
