About the role
We are looking for an Operations Manager – Dispatcher who loves organizing, anticipating needs and finding practical solutions. The role is based in Treillières and involves daily interaction with drivers, customers and equipment in a fast‑paced operational environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch of drivers and vehicles to meet client requirements.
- Monitor equipment availability and ensure optimal utilisation.
- Maintain communication channels with drivers and customers to address issues promptly.
- Anticipate operational bottlenecks and propose corrective actions.
Required profile
- Strong passion for organization, anticipation and problem‑solving.
- Desire to work in an operational setting with direct contact with drivers, clients and material.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a growing company environment.
