About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager – Dispatcher who loves organizing, anticipating needs and finding practical solutions. The role is based in Treillières and involves daily interaction with drivers, customers and equipment in a fast‑paced operational environment.

Key responsibilities

Plan and coordinate daily dispatch of drivers and vehicles to meet client requirements.
Monitor equipment availability and ensure optimal utilisation.
Maintain communication channels with drivers and customers to address issues promptly.
Anticipate operational bottlenecks and propose corrective actions.

Required profile

Strong passion for organization, anticipation and problem‑solving.
Desire to work in an operational setting with direct contact with drivers, clients and material.
Ability to adapt quickly to a growing company environment.
