M365 Architect – Microsoft 365 Solutions

About the role

Magellan is seeking an experienced M365 Architect to join its Infrastructure community and help large enterprises in the Nice region accelerate their digital transformation and SaaS adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients in defining and executing their digital strategy.
• Facilitate technical architecture workshops and translate functional requirements into robust designs.
• Recommend and document complex Microsoft 365 architectures, including Exchange (on‑premise, online, hybrid) and Skype‑to‑Teams migration paths.
• Define and improve standards, architecture models, and service catalogues.
• Oversee implementation of technical recommendations within project frameworks and lead projects end‑to‑end.
• Produce high‑level and low‑level design documents (HLD, LLD) and maintain operational documentation.
• Operate autonomously during technical scoping and pre‑sales phases and conduct technology watch.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, specifically with Microsoft 365, Exchange, Skype for Business, Teams, Active Directory and EM+S.
• Strong communication skills, fluent English; French optional.
• Microsoft certifications or MVP status is a plus.
