Junior Project Manager

About the role

Pixel Systems is looking for a Junior Project Manager to help organise the build of internal dashboards and data tools for a logistics and shipping group. The role is fully remote and focuses on keeping development milestones aligned with the client’s operational requirements in France.

Key responsibilities

• Update task boards to reflect progress of database migrations and other development work.
• Draft summary notes after client meetings to ensure clear communication.
• Test new features in the staging environment to verify they meet agreed specifications.
• Monitor weekly demo targets and ensure documentation is easy to follow for warehouse managers.
• Coordinate with a small team of developers and maintain at least four hours of overlap with US Eastern Time for sync meetings.

Required profile

• Entry‑level or junior professional with a right to work in the country of residence.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to document technical tasks clearly.
• Comfortable communicating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
