Junior Business Development Manager – Retail Partnerships

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Junior Business Development Manager to lead a strategic retail initiative across key European cities. You will focus on high‑traffic locations such as high‑street retailers, hotels, restaurants, and shopping malls, helping to expand Revolut’s physical presence and drive new revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify suitable site locations and negotiate agreements with retailers and property managers.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential locations, meeting quantitative and qualitative targets.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with site owners throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Participate in installation and deployment planning, collaborating with Operations and external subcontractors.
• Provide performance recommendations and conduct frequent field visits to ensure quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in outbound or field sales.
• Based in Munich, Hamburg, London, or Valencia and willing to travel within the city.
• Proven track record of achieving aggressive growth targets and building client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent in English and the local language (C1 level).
• Legal right to work in the European Union.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the ATM industry (nice to have).
