Human Resources Business Partner – France & Benelux

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support our Surgical and Foot & Ankle businesses across France and the Benelux region. Reporting to the Senior Director, International HR, the role will operate in a matrix environment and require regular travel between Rennes, Bron and Brussels.

Key responsibilities

• Act as HR Business Partner for Surgical and Foot & Ankle activities.
• Support HR operations at sites in Rennes, Bron and Brussels.
• Deploy HR policies and processes aligned with the international HR strategy.
• Manage both operational and strategic HR topics.
• Support and participate in CSE meetings where applicable.
• Indirectly manage and develop on‑site HR teams.
• Operate effectively within a matrix organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience.
• Experience in international and matrix environments.
• People‑management or indirect leadership experience.
• Exposure to industrial or manufacturing sites.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
