Head of Talent (Remote)

About the role

The Head of Talent will lead Aios Medical’s global talent acquisition and people strategy. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will shape how the company attracts, hires, and retains world‑class professionals while building a high‑performance culture. This is a fully remote, full‑time position focused on scaling a fast‑growing AI‑driven healthcare startup.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy to source top talent worldwide.
• Develop and nurture a culture where exceptional people can deliver their best work.
• Oversee all operational HR functions including onboarding, payroll, equity administration, and HR systems.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to define hiring priorities and organizational structure.
• Implement metrics and processes to ensure employee engagement, retention, and performance.

Required profile

• Proven track record building high‑growth teams in fast‑moving startups.
• Extreme standards, high judgment, and a willingness to challenge conventional HR practices.
• Comfortable working in an async, remote environment with a focus on results.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, able to influence senior stakeholders.
