Global Key Account Manager – France based

About the role

DESOTEC is seeking a Global Key Account Manager to lead and expand its strategic accounts, primarily headquartered in France, while driving growth across Europe and the United States. You will act as the main liaison for C‑level stakeholders, shaping long‑term partnerships and unlocking cross‑border opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop a portfolio of global key accounts, focusing on sustainable growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers at the C‑level.
• Design and execute long‑term account strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and pursue cross‑country and cross‑business‑unit opportunities.
• Coordinate internal teams (sales, business development, R&D, operations) around a unified customer strategy.
• Lead strategic discussions, partnerships, and high‑impact projects while monitoring performance through KPIs.

Required profile

• 10‑15+ years of experience in an international industrial environment.
• Proven track record in key account management, business development, or senior sales.
• Strong technical affinity to understand and communicate complex solutions.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Europe and the US.
