General & Administrative Controller

About the role

The General & Administrative (G&A) Controller will lead financial planning, cost control, and performance monitoring for the company's G&A activities. Acting as a finance business partner, the role supports decision‑making, drives cost optimisation, and ensures compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse and control G&A operating expenses, including labour costs, variable compensation, taxes and IFRS 16 impacts.
• Prepare and review monthly closing activities, accruals, provisions and variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year.
• Coordinate the annual budget process and regular forecast cycles for the G&A perimeter.
• Develop financial scenarios and ad‑hoc analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Act as finance business partner for HR, Accounting and Controlling teams, providing insights for cost‑saving and efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal control frameworks, Delegation of Authority and Group financial policies.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects, including process harmonisation, automation and reporting optimisation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A or finance roles within an international environment.
• Strong background in OPEX and G&A controlling, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Proven ability to partner with non‑finance stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and cost structures.
• Knowledge of IFRS 16 and labour cost accounting.
