French-speaking Customer Care Representative – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Care Representative to join our remote team supporting a mobile phone rental service in France. You will handle inbound calls, answer user inquiries, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer support calls.
• Assist users with questions about mobile phone rentals and related services.
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and courteously.
• Accurately document each interaction in the internal system.
• Follow established processes and maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2) and strong English (C1).
• Previous experience in customer support, especially inbound call handling.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Stable wired internet connection (LAN).
• Desktop or laptop running Windows 11 or macOS 14.
• Minimum 1.8 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, and 10 GB free disk space.
• Wired USB headset.
