French Customer Care Representative – Remote

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking French‑speaking Customer Care Representatives to provide inbound support for a mobile phone rental service in France. The position is fully remote and operates on a freelance cooperation agreement, offering flexible working hours within the 09:00‑18:00 CEST window.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and address inquiries related to mobile phone rentals.
• Deliver clear, friendly, and professional communication in French and English.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive experience.
• Accurately document each interaction following internal guidelines.
• Adhere to established service standards and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2) and strong English (C1) proficiency.
• Previous experience in customer support, especially handling inbound calls.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and independent remote‑working abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows 11 or macOS 14 operating systems.
• Use of a wired USB headset for call handling.
