About the role
Join Onepilot as a freelance Customer Care Agent, helping e‑merchants’ customers solve their issues. After completing e‑learning training, you will use a knowledge base to respond to inquiries via email, chat, or phone, working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone using the Onepilot knowledge base.
- Complete e‑learning training modules for each client before handling tickets.
- Work from home and get paid per ticket based on its complexity.
Required profile
- Comfortable using new technologies and computer tools.
- Strong problem‑solving attitude, curious and dynamic.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English.
- Available at least 20 hours per week.
