Founders associate intern - Growth & business ops

About the role

Alpic is looking for a motivated Founders Associate Intern to support its rapid growth and business operations. Working directly with the founders, you will gain exposure to finance, revenue operations, people, legal, growth, and market intelligence in a fast‑moving AI‑native startup.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with fundraising support, KPI and investor reporting, cash‑flow projections, and day‑to‑day accounting tasks.
• Drive internal process optimisation using AI, automate CRM workflows, and maintain KPI tracking to keep the company running efficiently.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and retention initiatives while ensuring legal and corporate foundations remain solid.
• Design and execute customer acquisition workflows, run messaging and product experiments, and organise community events around the Alpic platform.
• Monitor the MCP ecosystem, gather competitive intelligence, and surface market signals for strategic decisions.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to the founders on any high‑impact project that arises.

Required profile

• Pursuing a degree at a top‑tier business or engineering school.
• Highly independent, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and can turn vague ideas into concrete actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and strong analytical abilities.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
